We would like to have the review process from the external body, as recommended by the publication house. We ask them to do a double-blind Peer Review. In an elaborative sense, we would like to adopt a system wherein we seek transparency in review, and timely and constructive responses so that the review will be effective. In addition, it would be okay for us if the submitted paper were sent to two reviewers. If two reviewers accept the paper, it will, eventually, be sent to the next level. If one reviewer rejects it, the paper will be rejected without having any second thoughts.
